Return & Refund Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of goods (herbal and export products), all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

The Client must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must be supported with photographic or video evidence.
Failure to notify within the stipulated time shall result in rejection of the claim.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Upon verification, the Company may offer replacement or refund at its sole discretion.
Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days.
